Processing global data is a challenge, enriching it and integrating AI to build whole new interaction models is even moreso. The MeshScope project by Lemuridae Labs is a system built on the global distributed mesh radio network, Meshtastic. This network is an amazing technology that allows users to connect across the world, sharing information, positions, and other details.
MeshScope builds on this foundation to process the real-time stream of data to enrich and visualize it, creating the foundation for future iterations and capabilities. Recently, Lemuridae Labs added AI Chat to allow users to talk directly to the MeshScope application, easily creating new queries and getting new insights in the mesh activity.

Running container-based applications can be tricky, and many developers opt for quick defaults to get an application up and running. Unfortunately often these defaults have real size, performance, and security tradeoffs that are unacceptable in production. With many of our applications being written in Java, we created a secured and verifiable baseline to use for application deployments, ensuring that each new build is on a current and solid baseline.
Our secured containers effort focuses on current Java version requirements, and produces slim and targeted container images, ready to go! To read about the build process or to find links to these containers, re-built daily, check out the references below. To help broaden the ecosystem, these containers target both x86/amd64 and aarch64 (ARM) baselines, making them suitable for many different platforms.
